Melissa provides project support to Janette Edmonds and Fiona Johnson.

As well as supporting Human Factors projects, Melissa has responsibility for the company’s marketing and social media activities and coordinates the Health, Safety and Security for the company, including leading the Healthy Working Lives Programme. She also takes a leading role in helping the company to reduce its environmental impact and in supporting client relationship management.
